This place is amazing! I run sound for a gospel group event that they have in the Opera Hall and in the outdoor stage. They have a lot of amenities. The water park is a lot of fun and the cabins are very nice. The friendly staff makes it A Cut Above. If you stay here you'll enjoy this place. I know it's a little more than some of the other campgrounds around but the amenities are well worth it.
For 2 years in a row about the same time of year, we made reservations online and when we got here they had no record of the reservation. They had plenty of sites available, and gave us a great pullthru which was perfect for our 1- night stopover. We are a little close to I-10, so a little noisy. Nice place for a stopover.
Clean facilities, wonderful camping store and staff. Enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The Air Hockey game is old and worn out, but still fun. Thanks for a fun filled few days.
We rented a family duplex cabin for a week and were pleasantly surprised. Cabin was decent, activities were fun and atmosphere was overall relaxing and great. Some improvements could be made to update, but for what it is my family had a blast. I have a 5 and 11 year old who enjoyed themselves. We brought our bikes, made it easier to get around. The slide and inflatables were enjoyable. The weekend was busy but during the week it died off and was relaxing. Definitely recommend if your looking for simple getaway. Definitely recommend candy bar bingo!! The kids love it :)
This park was GREAT! We will definitely be back. Everything was there so we never had to leave. We had children ages 9 - 16. They all had something to do. I LOVE it!!
